Choose between bi-weekly (up to 2 calls/month) or weekly (up to 4 calls/month) 45-minute coaching calls per month with flexible scheduling, personalized mental training strategies, and expert guidance from a trusted professional. This month-to-month membership includes customized training documents, ongoing goal-setting and accountability, access to your coach as needed, pre-game and in-game mindset adjustments, leadership and self-advocacy training, and real-time mental reset techniques. Sessions do not roll over.

I am fully committed to helping athletes build confidence, focus, and mental resilience, but achieving results requires full participation and effort. If an athlete fully engages in the program and does not see measurable improvements within the first four weeks, we will adjust their plan; however, if they struggle with commitment, we will work to re-engage them, and if necessary, provide an alternative solution or a flexible exit option with a prorated refund for remaining sessions.
